Here is the tutorial on Feeblemind. Since this is really a mini tut I only have one comment. When the tut mentions a button to activate "2 mat: 1" it is actually a scrolling list.
Noob to Pro - Silver Cup
This tutorial on Noob to Pro is great. However, I had a problem with subsurf artifacts along a creased edge. Found some discussion here on Blenderartists forums about Autosmooth which fixed the problem.
Here is the result with the artifact - using regular smoothing:
